San Jacinto, CA (Baseball) -- Thus far this season for the Citrus College Baseball team, it had been the pitching carrying the Owls’ offense. Tuesday’s game at Mt. San Jacinto College was a role reversal for the Owls though as the offense exploded 15 hits, only to see their pitching give up a pair of late runs in their 7-5 loss.Full article »

Smith Impressive in Debut, Owls Finish 6th
Valencia, CA (Men’s Golf) -- Citrus College freshman Brett Smith made his 2012 debut on Monday, and was impressive for the Fighting Owls. Smith fired a team best 78 along with sophomore Shane Favinger in helping lead the Owls to a sixth place finish out of seven competing teams.Full article »

Glendora, CA (Baseball) -- The Citrus College Baseball team played two on Saturday afternoon, opening up their 2012 home slate against El Camino and East LA Colleges. The Owls split their double-header beating El Camino 5-2 and losing in 10 innings to East LA 8-3.Full article »

Glendora, CA (Men’s Basketball) -- The Citrus College Men’s Basketball team’s 96-89 win over LA Valley College on Saturday never seemed in question. It never seemed easy though either, as Valley kept it close until the very end.Full article »

Glendora, CA (Women’s Basketball) -- The Citrus College Women’s Basketball team went into Saturday’s important Western State Conference South match-up with LA Valley needing to win the percentage game. The Owls did that in the first half, but saw their field goal percentage dip 15 points in the second half, and LA Valley’s rise 24, in a 53-46 loss to the Monarchs.Full article »
