Glendale, CA (Cross-Country) -- Amber Clark had her best outing since the beginning of the season, and Vanessa Esquivel continued her excellent freshman campaign last Friday at the WSC Preview hosted by Glendale College at Crescenta Valley Park. Clark finished 24th out of the 102 runners, while Esquivel crossed the finish line first with a 17th place finish.

Clark wouldn't finish to far behind her, finishing with a time of 22:10.14, her best performance since finishing 21st at the Ventura Invitational to start the season. As a whole the women finished a dissapointing 10th out of the 11 teams participating.

For the men it would be Luis Bowman crossing the finish line first for the first time this season. Bowman finished 46th out of the 110 runners with a time of 23:47.10. Coming in behind him were Daniel Mendoza and Manuel Darby. Mendoza finished 70th (24:39.70), with Darby coming in right behind him in 72nd (24:51.96).
