Santa Barbara, CA (Track and Field) -- Citrus College freshman Robert Parker shot a two over par 74 at the WSC Match hosted by Ventura College at Alisal Ranch Golf Course on Monday afternoon. Parker’s 74 was the low round for the Fighting Owls as they finished seventh of the seven teams.
Finishing behind Parker was fellow frosh Michael Verderber. Verderber shot a six over par 80, and finished five strokes in front of Andrew Nicassio who scored the third lowest round with an 85.
The Fighting Owls will get back out on the course next Monday as they participate in the WSC event hosted by Bakersfield College.
