The Fighting Owls would continue to add on to their lead minutes into the second half, as Tanonko got his second goal of the game and seventh goal of the season unassisted in the 46th minute.

With the win Citrus improves to 6-5-3 overall and 3-2-2 in Western State Conference play. The Fighting Owls will begin the second half of conference play on Friday, when they travel to Oxnard College for a 4:00 PM match-up. Both teams played to a 2-2 tie earlier in the season.
