The way they played, with so much emotion and fight, I really thought we were going to come out ahead and win the battle. Unfortunately, someone has to win and ultimately someone must lose so I tip my hat to the Chargers of Cypress. They are the state champions for a reason, and this weekend was a fun, hard fought battle by two teams, best of luck to them as they go for a repeat. The Lady Owls went toe to toe with the defending State Champion Cypress College Chargers.
