Office desk and chairSince its founding in 1915, Citrus College has been sustained by a community of individuals working in a wide variety of academic and non-academic positions to fulfill its mission.  Each person's contributions are vital to preserve an environment that supports teaching, encourages learning, and brings a sense of accomplishment to employees and students alike.

Our success as a College depends directly on what our employees do.  As members of this unique community, we take pride in providing excellent service to students, visitors and each other.

Our department is responsible for the administration of the hiring process for all positions, full-time and part-time. This includes preparing job descriptions, running advertisements, administering the application process, reviewing applications for minimum qualifications, applicant correspondence, and maintaining applicant files. We perform equal employment/affirmative action review over the total hiring process and outcome.
