Tips for Success
The preparation courses for the students' selected major are essential in order to enhance a student's chances of being accepted to the more competitive majors and universities. Taking these courses may be required for impacted majors at many of the universities. It is recommended that students take major preparation courses as early as possible. This is also true for required math courses. Taking any of these courses the summer prior to transfer may jeopardize the student's acceptance to their selected university or college.

Check at the Citrus College Honors Transfer office or with the Honors Transfer Program counselor for more information and updates to the honors transfer agreements with universities and for information about new agreements.

Take advantage of the benefits offered by universities, watch the message board at the Honors Transfer Program Office or Transfer Center. Complete any necessary forms on a timely basis.
