Welcome! You are either enrolled in, or you are interested in enrolling in, the Physical Education 171 Distance Education class. As described in the class schedule, this course is designed to explore the major areas of health that will have an effect on the well-being of the individual now and in the future.
This course is intended to increase student knowledge about health and to focus attention on the need to arrive at one's own informed conclusion about how to take responsibility for your personal health.

You must purchase the 8th edition of "Health the Basics" by Rebeccca Donatelle and the bundled access code before you can use MyHealthLab.
