Helen A. Storland

As a long-time resident, teacher and parent (of three previous Citrus College students) Helen Storland brings a rich history of involvement and community service in her hometown of Glendora and the Citrus College community at large. Among the many organizations in which Helen has participated are the Glendora Woman's Club, the Library board and the American Association of University Women.

"I have had a lifetime interest, or rather passion for education. I believe everyone should have the opportunity for the best education possible. Whatever I can do to help Citrus College achieve its goals for students would be an honor."

Helen Storland is serving the first year of a two-year term as one of two community member-at-large representatives on the Measure G Bond Oversight Committee.
