Where are you located?
We are now in two different locations. The Cashier Office is in the new Student Services building just north of the white information counters on the lower level. The Bursar Office is in the ED building on the second level at the top of the stairwell.
Do I need a parking permit the first day of school?
Campus Safety decides when citations will be issued for a particular term. Visit the Department of Campus Safety for more information on parking without a permit and grace periods.
How do I find out my account balance on Wingspan?
After logging in to the secure site at the Main Menu choose Admission and Records, choose Student Account, and Account Summary by Term to see your account balance.
My citation is past the due date, will it still be accepted?
All citations past the due date must receive approval from Campus Safety before the Cashier Office can accept payment. Please stop by the Campus Safety Office their office hours. They are located off Citrus Avenue at the main entrance.
What do I do if I lost my parking citation?
Visit the Campus Safety Office. They can give you a copy of your citation and make sure your due date is current.
I did not receive my 1098-T. What do I do?
You can now get your 1098-T online. Log into your Wingspan account. Under the Main Menu click "Admission & Records", select the "Student Account" option and then select the "Tax Notification" option. You will be asked to enter the tax year. Enter the appropriate tax year and then submit. You can print this documentation out. Citrus College is committed to going green and will no longer issue replacement 1098-T's.
Why do I have a Cashier Office (Bursar) hold?
Students are required to pay for all fees at the time of registration. Late payments and NSF checks are two main reasons for holds placed by the Bursar Office. Students can log on to Wingspan 24 hours a day to find out their account balance.
When do I get paid?

Can I cash a check (grant, money orders, etc.) at the Cashier Office (Bursar)?
No, unfortunately the Bursar Office is not a banking institution and cannot cash checks (grants, money orders, etc.).
Can my parent's pay for my fees with their credit card?
Yes, if payment is made through the web site.
Can my refund check be issued to somebody else?
No, unfortunately all refunds issued by check are issued to the student and specifically linked to the student ID number.
I did not receive my refund check, what do I do?
First, check your Wingspan account. has a check been issued? Is there still a credit on your account? Did you drop your classes by the REFUND DEADLINE DATE? Is your address correct? Checks are issued approximately 45 days after the term begins and continue to be processed on a monthly basis throughout the term.
I lost my check (refund and/or financial aid check). What do I do?
To replace a lost refund check, please bring your Citrus College ID to the Bursar Office.
To replace a financial aid check, please go to the Financial Aid Office first to receive a Lost Check Request form. This form is required by the Bursar Office. The lost check request and Citrus ID are required. Students will be required to fill out an Affidavit and Request for Replacement Warrant if determined that a warrant (check) can be reissued. Please note: if your check was cashed by someone other than yourself, the county is required to do a fraud investigation which may delay your replacement check.

Students are strongly encouraged to do a change of address in Wingspan as soon as possible. Student employees should also do a change of address with Student Employment Services. All other employees should do an address change with Human Resources.
Can someone else pick up my paycheck?
Arrangements must be made with payroll in advance and a release form must be on file. Please contact Payroll at (626) 914-8894 or stop by during Payroll office hours.
Where do I get discount tickets to amusement parks, movies, etc.?
The Student Business Office sells discount tickets to students with the ASCC sticker. The Student Business Office is located in the Campus Center. Information is also available 24 hours at (626) 914-8600.
