Makeovers will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Where:
Citrus College Cosmetology Program
1000 W. Foothill Blvd.
Glendora, CA. 91741

Why:
Whitcomb High School is a continuation school in Glendora, California.  The Glendora Kiwaniannes, which are part of Kiwanis International, have supported  Whitcomb through various projects in the past.  In fact, when the school held its very first prom last year, the Kiwaniannes helped purchase tickets for students who couldn’t afford them.

The benefit of Citrus College and the Glendora Kiwaniannes collaborating to provide this special service is two-fold.  First, a dozen young women will have the opportunity to feel especially beautiful for their prom.  Second, Citrus College students will be able to practice their skills and share their talents with the community.

How:
Reporters and photographers who are interested in attending this event should call the Citrus College Office of External Relations at (626) 857-4082 to confirm.
