Glendora Resident Named to Citrus College Foundation Board

Nikki Hull, of Glendora, has been appointed to the Citrus College Foundation Board of Directors.

A retired communications supervisor for Avon Products, Hull served two terms on Citrus College’s Measure G Bond Citizens Oversight Committee (COC).  As a member of the COC, she participated in monitoring bond measure funds, and was responsible for keeping community members informed of the bond measure’s progress.

Hull was also a two-term community services commissioner for the City of Glendora, where as the commission Chair, she was instrumental in the creation of Louie Pompei Park.

“The Citrus College Foundation is pleased to welcome Nikki to the board,” commented Citrus College Foundation President Tom Gerfen.  “Her experience as a community volunteer will be a tremendous asset to the college as it continues to advance its ‘College of Completion’ initiative.”

Hull joins 21 Foundation Board members who help raise funds for scholarships and academic support programs that assist Citrus College students in their efforts to complete their education, enter the workforce, and transition to four-year colleges and universities.

“Nikki Hull’s affinity for Citrus College will be a great asset to the Foundation Board,” said Dr. Geraldine M. Perri, superintendent/president of Citrus College and executive director of the Citrus College Foundation.  “As a former member of the Citizen’s Oversight Committee, she is familiar with the institution’s goals and priorities, and she is an excellent ambassador for the college.”
