The mission of Staff Development at Citrus College is to provide and coordinate professional development activities for employees through collegially planned learning opportunities that support student learning and the institution’s strategic goals.
The Faculty Learning Institute is composed of 10 volunteer faculty members, appointed by the Faculty Senate President. This group meets monthly.
