Numerous student support services have been established at Citrus College to help guide students toward the achievement of their goals and add something extra to their college experience. These services and resources are designed to help students identify their personal, career and educational objectives.

Admissions and Records Office - application and enrollment processing, student records management, academic transcript services
Associated Students of Citrus College (ASCC) - student body organization, clubs and activities, student government, student handbook 
Bookstore · Owl Bookshop - textbooks, educational materials, apparel, stationery supplies, cards and gifts, online shopping and textbook purchasing
CalWORKs - credit and noncredit courses and a variety of services to assist students preparing for entry into the work force
Campus Center - student lounge, special events, ASCC offices, meeting rooms
Campus Security - parking services, campus security, law and traffic enforcement
Career Center - career assessment counseling, testing, career exploration
Child Development Center · Orfalea Family Children's Center - developmental program for infants and younger children while their student parents attend classes
Clarion Student Newspaper - award-winning newspaper produced by Citrus College journalism students
Computer Labs - computers, printers and software for class projects and assignments
Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) - supplemental educational support services for low-income single parents
Counseling and Advisement Center - educational, vocational and personal counseling, online orientations, academic advisement, course planning, AA/AS requirements
Disabled Students Programs and Services (DSP&S) - support services, specialized equipment, classroom and instructional support
Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOP&S) - outreach, peer advising, counseling and referral services for economically/academically disadvantaged students
Financial Aid Office - federal, state and local agency grants, loans and scholarships

International Student Office - admission and enrollment assistance for F-1 students
Learning Center - peer and online tutoring services, multimedia computer labs, language lab
Noncredit Counseling and Matriculation - academic assessment and assistance for students enrolled in noncredit programs
Orientation - an introduction to get students successfully started at Citrus
School Relations and Outreach - presentations, workshops, visits to local high schools, information on programs and services
Service Learning Program - integrating students with volunteer opportunities in the community
Student Benefits - benefits and discounts on campus, entertainment and theme park discounts
Student Employment Services - job referral services, on- and off-campus, provided free for currently enrolled students and alumni
Testing Center - test administration of course exams, proctoring for online exams and make-up tests for traditional classes, and assessment testing for English, ESL, math and reading; adapted testing is also available for DSP&S students
Transfer Center - information and services for students planning to transfer to a four-year college or university
Tutoring Services - free individual or group tutoring with a trained peer tutor
Umoja Program - a community and mentoring program dedicated to enhancing the cultural and educational experience of students, with a focus on African American male students
