Appointment Scheduling System

Before scheduling an appointment with a counselor, all new students must complete the New Student Orientation. Students can complete the New Student Orientation from any computer with internet access by clicking here.

If you have not met with a counselor before, please contact the Counseling and Advisement Center at (626) 914-8530 for assistance BEFORE using the online appointment scheduler. A message can also be submitted using this online form.

If you have other college transcripts, please submit them to the admissions and records office.

To initiate the transcript evaluation process, please complete the online request form as outlined on the my.citruscollege.edu portal. Please note the transcript evaluation process can take up to four to six weeks. If you encounter any issues or have questions about the process, please call the Counseling and Advisement Center.

Applying for TAG?

Attend a UC TAG workshop to learn about TAG eligibility requirements and important deadlines.
Submit a TAG eligibility review form for the campus that you are applying for. Please note the TAG eligibility review form is NOT the TAG application.
A Career/Transfer Center staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment with a counselor to review your TAG application. Complete your TAG application prior to your appointment, but do not submit it (deadline to apply for TAG is September 30).

Schedule an Appointment with a General Counselor+-

Please review the information below regarding 30-minute and 45-minute general counseling appointments to find your reason for scheduling a counseling/advising appointment.

Click on either the 30-minute or 45-minute appointment link based on the reason for your appointment. You can choose to have an in-person, Zoom video, or telephone appointment.

Please come to the Counseling and Advisement Center on the second floor of the SS building for in-person appointments. If you choose a telephone appointment, a counselor will call you. If you choose a Zoom video appointment, you will receive an email confirmation with the Zoom link.

Please use the Microsoft Outlook desktop app (instead of webmail) to access the Zoom link in your email confirmation.

The Zoom link is also available in the "View Appointment" option of the 30-minute and 45-minute appointment scheduler.

30-Minute General Counseling Appointments

Schedule an Appointment with a Program-Specific or Specialty Area Counselor +-

Schedule an appointment with a counselor in the following areas: athletics, Black Scholars, international students, nursing, Promise, STEM, technical education (CTE), and veterans.

To schedule an appointment with a counselor in a specialty area, click on the appropriate link below. If there are no appointments available or if you do not see a particular counselor, please use the general counseling online appointment scheduler in the Schedule Your Appointment section of this page. In-person appointments for specialty areas may not be located in the Counseling and Advisement Center – please refer to your appointment confirmation email for the location of your appointment. Drop-in General Counseling+-

Counselors are available to assist students with the requests below on a first-come, first-served basis.

Drop-in counseling for the spring 2024 semester will be available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the last student added to the waitlist at 3:30 p.m. Spring drop-in hours start on Monday, February 12.
