In order to provide students with more flexible options for receiving refunds, Citrus College has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid refunds to Citrus College students beginning fall 2018.
All students will be asked to select a refund delivery preference from the following options:
Electronic Deposit To Your Own Bank Account
Electronic Deposit To A BankMobile Vibe Account
Here's what you need to do to select a delivery option:
Update your mailing address
BankMobile will mail a Refund Selection Kit to the current address you have on file with Citrus College. Please take a moment to log on to your WingSpan account to verify your address information. Students can make updates to their address by visiting the Admissions and Records office.
Look for the green envelope
Starting on July 27, 2018, look for your Refund Selection Kit which will arrive in a bright green envelope through U. S. Postal Service mail. The kit contains your Personal Code for making your refund preference selection. Your Personal Code will also be emailed to your Citrus College student email address.
RefundSelection.com to make your choice
Once your kit arrives, go to
RefundSelection.com and enter your Personal Code to get started. Then simply select how you'd like to receive your money. If you select the BankMobile Vibe account as your refund choice, you will receive a temporary virtual Debit MasterCard® to use until your physical card arrives in the mail.
