- Be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen with a valid Social Security Number (SSN);
- Demonstrate Financial Need;
- Enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a regular student working towards a degree or certificate in an eligible program;
- Register with Selective Service, if you're a male between the ages of 18 and 25;
- Have a High School diploma, General Education (GED) Certificate, or pass the Ability to Benefit Test (ATB);
- Not be in default or owe any Financial Aid funds;
- Meet Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Standards.
