This scholarship program is available to high school graduates and to college students who are majoring in a health career field.
Deadline March 15, 2012 prior to the end of business hours
Eligibility
• Any high school senior or college student who has been accepted to study at an accredited college, university, or technical school
• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens
• Applicants must be California residents
• The school to be attended need not be a California institution, however, the institution must be accredited by a regionally accredited association of schools and colleges
• In order to be competitive, a 3.0 GPA out of a possible 4.0 is necessary
• A minimum of 12 units per semester are required unless the applicant's specialized major considers fewer units as full time
• The applicant must follow all specific instructions within this application
• Must be pursuing a Health Career
Applications will be available at the financial aid office located in the Student Service building or the Health Science office located in the PC building.
