Happiness - March 25, 2015: Finding joy in your life, this workshop will focus on practical proven steps to increase your level of happiness and joy. An award winning video and discussion will be part of this uplifting and possibly life changing workshop
Guest Speaker - April 8, 2015: The topic for this workshop will be selected by the polled interests of the group.
Hallmarks of a Healthy Relationship - April 29, 2015: What does one look for in a lasting lifelong relationship? What is healthy and what are the danger signs? Learn how to avoid relationship pitfalls.
Lifetime Management - May 13, 2015: What is on your bucket list? What are the truly important things that you would like to accomplish or experience in your life? Learn to live your life boldly and with purpose.
Sleep - May 27, 2015: We will discuss what science has recently learned about the importance of sleep. Are you getting the most that you can from the time you spend sleeping? Is it possible to increase your learning while you are sleeping?

Anxiety Support Group
Meets every other Wednesday of the month, starting March 18, 2015 and ending on June 3, 2015, in the Student Services Building, Health Center, Room SS 152 from 1:30-2:30 p.m.

The Do's and Don't's of Marijuana at Citrus
This workshop is held the first Monday of every month to discuss the rules and limitations of marijuana use on Citrus College campus. It goes over the consequences if these rules are broken, as well as possible alternatives to marijuana use for students. This is not an anti-marijuana campaign, but rather an informational session to educate students and avoid any issues of misconduct on campus.
