PROGRAM COMPONENTS INCLUDED IN THE STUDENT FEE
Round-trip airfare (LAX-Beijing/Shanghai-LAX) plus round-trip airport transfers overseas on the program arrival and departure dates, and an internal flight with transfers between Beijing and Hangzhou/Shanghai.
IN CHINA
In Beijing
Accommodation in twin-bedded, tourist-class hotel rooms in he university sector of Beijing. Daily breakfasts, four group lunches and one group dinner.- Access to low-cost, on-campus cafeteria and local restaurants.
- An orientation program consisting of a campus orientation tour including the local neighborhood, shops, restaurants and light rail system.
- Guided sightseeing tour of downtown Beijing.
- Cultural visits include The Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, Summer Palace, Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Beijing Olympic Green, Beijing Urban Exhibition Center, and Hutongs.
- Guest lecturer and business visit.

- Transfer from Beijing hotel to Beijing (PEK) Airport and flight to Hangzhou or Shanghai Airport.
In Hangzhou
- Transfer by private bus from the airport to downtown Hangzhou. Welcome dinner.
- Four nights accommodation in a tourist-class hotel in twin bedded rooms with daily breakfast. Access to affordable restaurants in the city center.
- Guided sightseeing tour of Hangzhou. Day trip to West Lake and Ling Yin Temple with group lunch included
- Academic visit to a tea plantation.
- Bus transfer from Hangzhou to Shanghai.
In Shanghai
- Welcome dinner.
- Six night's accommodation in twin-bedded, tourist-class hotel rooms in downtown Shanghai. Daily breakfast included.
- Shanghai Puxi sightseeing
- Shanghai business visit
- Visit Pudong; Oriental Pearl TV Tower
- Visit Shanghai Urban Planning Center with overview of the Shanghai 2010 Expo
- Lunch on Shanghai Riverboat cruise.
All sites
- Services of Shanghai Spring International Travel Service coordinators in Beijing, and in Shanghai and Hangzhou.
- Student medical and program fee refund insurance policies.
PROGRAM FEES
Based on an enrollment of 16 participants, the fee per person is $3450.- This fee includes air taxes estimated at $355
- Fee does not include passport fees; visa fees; meals other than those indicated on the itinerary; personal expenses; any Citrus College tuition or administrative fees and anything not specified.
- Single hotel rooms may be available at an additional fee
- Shanghai Spring International Travel will reserve spaces at the above prices according to information on the student application form.
TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE
The Transportation Package included in your program fee consists of a round-trip flight from LAX-Beijing, Shanghai-LAX and round-trip transfers between the airports and your accommodations on the program dates specified.
