Citrus College requires all employees and students to conduct a self-assessment for COVID-19 related symptoms when coming to campus, and to scan in to buildings visited in order to aid in contact tracing. Please follow these steps.

- Before arriving to campus, complete the
daily pre-screening survey. This survey is conveniently located on the home screen of the Citrus Mobile app. When your survey answers indicate that you are healthy, you will be given a digital pass (like a boarding pass) that must be displayed to the campus safety officer or other authorized personnel when you arrive on campus.
If your answers give you anything other than a green 'You are clear!' pass, do not come to campus. You can retrieve your health pass on your app at any time by clicking the 'profile' icon on the bottom right of your screen and choosing the 'Health and Wellness' menu option.
- Posters with QR codes are located at the entrances to classrooms and buildings used for in-person instruction.
Scan the QR code for the classroom with your Citrus Mobile app to register your visit. You can launch your scanner by clicking the icon in the upper-left corner of the Citrus Mobile app.

When you are on campus, remember to wear your mask, keep six-feet apart, and follow all campus health and safety requirements.
