The computer science program includes microcomputer applications and computer support of business organizations. The program offers state-of-the-art training in the use of business application software and hardware to prepare students for professional careers, transfer study, and/or personal use. Students receive hands-on training in laboratory facilities. Faculty members work with industry and business to ensure relevant training.
Computer science courses satisfy general education requirements for an associate degree, an associate degree in liberal arts with an emphasis in business technology, and lower division transfer.
