Staff Development

The mission of the staff development at Citrus College is to provide opportunities for staff to grow professionally. Appropriate activities desired by the staff are designed to respond to the changing needs of the district, and promote positive and productive interaction among the staff.

District funded activities may include sabbatical leaves, academic travel to conference and workshops, planning retreats, safety and computer training and retraining, diversity sensitivity, leaves for continuing study, and tuition reimbursement for staff to earn a bachelor's or master's degree.

*Much information within the staff development website is offered via the portable document format (PDF) file type. If you find that you are unable to properly access any PDF files on this website (including the areas of classified staff development and Faculty Learning Institute), please contact Caroline Tippins at and you will be provided with an accessible alternative.
