For full details about the refund policy, please visit the AIFS student portal where you place your deposit. The information below is condensed and may not include all refund information.

• On or before November 27, 2019:
  All fees paid less a $150 processing fee and any non-refundable deposits paid by the student or by AIFS on the student's behalf.
  
  
• After November 27, 2019, but on or before December 27, 2019:
  All fees paid less $450 plus any non-refundable deposits paid either by the student or by AIFS on the student's behalf.
  
  
• After December 27, 2019:
  No refund, and the total program fee is due.
  
  
• Once the program has begun:
  No refund, unless AIFS suspends the program.
  
  
• Because of covered medical reasons:
  All fees paid less a $150 processing fee and $210 insurance premium.
