The Citrus Community College District Board of Trustees normally meets on a Tuesday of each month. All meetings of the board are open to the public and meeting dates are announced in advance.

Public comments will be accepted beginning at 3 p.m. on the day of the board meeting and until the agenda item is taken up for consideration by the board of trustees. Public comments will be accepted via email submission to Christine Link, recording secretary to the board of trustees, at clink@citruscollege.edu. Alternatively, Ms. Link may be contacted via telephone at (626) 914-8821.

Each public comment will be read for three (3) timed minutes, and comments will be limited to a total of 20 minutes per topic if there are multiple people submitting comments. Pursuant to Section 54954.2 of the Government Code, no action or discussion shall be undertaken on any item not appearing on the posted agenda, except that members of the board or staff may briefly respond to statements made or questions posed by persons exercising their public testimony rights.

Official minutes of the public board meetings are available in the superintendent/president's office. A record of all board transactions is available to the public in the college's Hayden Memorial Library.
