Important Information about Financial Aid

DON'T FORGET YOUR PHOTO ID WHEN VISITING THE FINANCIAL AID DEPARTMENT. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED BEFORE SERVICES CAN BE RENDERED.

It is strongly recommended students check their Citrus College email account frequently, as it is the primary means of communication between the financial aid department and the student. Students should view their financial aid dashboard on the financial aid Zendesk subsite for up-to-date details regarding their financial aid file. The department is not able to release confidential information over the phone or through email.

Office Location

The financial aid department is located on the first floor of the Student Services (SS) Building, between admissions and records and cashier windows.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to closing so we may serve you. Due to staffing hours, we are only able to serve students who are up to our counter by closing time.
