Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before closing to ensure we are able to assist you. Due to staffing limitations, only students who have reached the counter by closing time can be served.
Financial Aid Student Support on Zendesk
For the fastest and most accurate assistance, students should contact the financial aid student support team through our online systems or by calling (626) 914-8592. Most questions, document submissions and requests are managed through our Zendesk platform, which allows staff to track, respond to and resolve issues efficiently.
