The Fiscal Services department is managed by a director and an associate director. The department is responsible for recording all transactions on to the district's general ledger; monitoring compliance with Federal, state and district guidelines; accounting for categorical programs; producing employee payroll; maintaining financial and statistical records; paying vendor invoices and employee reimbursements; collecting student registration fees, child care fees, parking fines and other district revenue; and assisting with the development of the district budget.
