As a Citrus College student, Citrus will be your home college, and you will access your CVC Exchange course through your Citrus College Canvas account.

Navigating Your Course+-

Upon logging in to Canvas, your CVC Exchange course will appear on the dashboard.

As a Citrus College student, you will still access online resources from Citrus College.

Disability Support Programs for Students+-

If you receive academic accommodations from Citrus College Disabled Student Programs and Services, it's important to note that these services do not automatically transfer to CVC Exchange courses. Therefore, if you require accommodation for your CVC Exchange course, you must contact the DSPS office at the Teaching College hosting the course on the CVC Exchange to apply for it. When contacting that college's DSPS office, you should identify yourself as a CVC Exchange student.

Financial Aid+-

All teaching colleges in the CVC Exchange program have agreed to sign a federal financial aid agreement. This means that if a CVC Exchange student is enrolled simultaneously at their home college and a teaching college, they may be eligible to receive both federal and state financial aid funds based on the combined units taken at both colleges. As a Citrus College student, Citrus College will determine the eligibility for financial aid.

Student Fees+-

Pay your fees online (via the California Virtual College website)
Purchase books and materials: Students will need to purchase books and materials from the teaching college hosting the course on the CVC Exchange.
Receiving a student refund: Students requesting a refund will need to do so at the teaching college hosting the course on the CVC Exchange.
