Mr. Charles Zhu is attending Citrus College and studying computer science while serving one the Associated Students of Citrus College (ASCC) Executive Board as vice president. Appointed to the Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee in August 2023, Mr. Zhu will serve a one-year term, fulfilling the requirement of the student representative.

Mr. Zhu serves on the Citrus College Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility+ (DEIA+) Committee and the College Information Technology Committee (CITC). His community service includes being an Eagle Scout for more than six years and the lead on approximately 20 service events, co-founder of the Compassion for Communities Club, and a Red Cross club officer. He looks forward to representing the Citrus College student body as the COC student representative and making positive contributions that will shape the future of education.
