The TeCS Help Desk will contact you directly to assist in resolving your concerns.

Passwords can be reset by the student, once the additional information has been completed.

Resets must be done on a computer and not on a mobile device.

Note: Changing your Citrus College login password also changes the Wingspan, Canvas, network, wifi logins.

Your Canvas login is the same as your Citrus login username and password.

Keep in mind the following:

1. You must be a registered student.
2. The username will be the characters before the @ sign of your Citrus College email address.
   If the username is more than 20 characters, count 20 characters backward from the @ sign.
   For example: Email = josephrodriguezgonzales123@student.citruscollege.edu
   Canvas, network, wifi login = rodriguezgonzales123
3. The password will be your Citrus login password.

You can change the password for Canvas by changing your Citrus login password.

Wingspan username is your student email before the @ sign.
Wingspan password is your Citrus login password.
