For general registration assistance and questions, please visit the Counseling Short-Stop located in the Student Services Building, room 101 (first floor next to admissions and records).

Registration assistance for the first week of winter classes 2025 will be available Monday, January 6 and Tuesday, January 7 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on Wednesday, January 8 through Friday, January 10 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Please use the drop-in online scheduler to place yourself on the registration assistance drop-in waitlist or call the Counseling and Advisement Center at (626) 914-8530 to be placed on the drop-in waitlist. The last student will be added to the waitlist at 3:30 p.m.

In-person registration assistance is available in the Counseling and Advisement Center Short-Stop on the first floor of the Student Services Building (SS 101).

Our staff are available to assist you with the following:

• add code errors
• adding corequisite courses
• adding more than 21 units
• choosing first semester courses
• clearing a prerequisite
• registering for classes
• removing holds
• researching a hold
• shopping cart feature usage
• viewing the class schedule
• waitlists
