If you are attempting to add a class and WingSpan asks for an authorization code, it means the class is full or not available for registration because the class has already begun.
Once class has begun, an authorization code is required (even if the class has open seats). Distribution of these codes is at the discretion of the faculty member, and it is generally done on the first day of class.
If a class is full, you may have the option of adding your name to the waitlist.
When you are on a waitlist (or waitlists), we strongly encourage you to check your Citrus College email and Wingspan messages on a regular basis. If a spot opens up for you, a notification will appear in your messages.
If you are on a waitlist, you will need to attend the first-class meeting to obtain an authorization code. If the class meets entirely online, you should email the instructor and inquire about an add code.
