Purchasing, Warehouse and Contracts

Citrus College's Purchasing Department provides procurement, warehousing and other support services to help with the acquisition of supplies and services for the college district.

The goal of the department is to procure the highest quality goods and services at the lowest possible cost to the college.

The department ensures that requested goods and services are allowable under the established guidelines, college policies and/or procedures.

Additionally, other services provided by the Purchasing Department are formal and informal bidding, disposition of surplus property, fixed asset inventory, inter-campus and intra-campus deliveries, transportation and contracts administration.
