Become a Dual Enrollment Student
Review the steps to get started listed below. If you need assistance completing the steps, support is available.
- Visit the Welcome Center on the first floor of the Student Services Building (SS 103), located next to admissions and records, for in-person help.
- You can also connect with the dual enrollment office in person (SS 172), by phone at (626) 852-8044 or by email at dualenrollment@citruscollege.edu to schedule a one-on-one appointment, available in-person or via Zoom.
REMEMBER TO STAY ON TRACK
Be certain to monitor important registration deadlines each term and review the academic calendar each semester to stay updated.
STEPS TO BECOME A DUAL ENROLLMENT STUDENT
STEP 1. APPLY TO CITRUS COLLEGE
- Complete the CCCApply application for the term you wish to start your college courses (fall, winter, spring, summer)
- Once Citrus College processes your application, you will receive a "Welcome Letter" to your email.
- If you do not receive an email within seven business days, contact the admissions and records office at (626) 914-8511.
STEP 2. COMPLETE THE CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT FORM
Students must submit the Concurrent Enrollment Form through the my.citruscollege.edu portal.
- The student's parent/guardian must approve or deny the student's participation.
- The student's high school designee must approve or deny the student's participation.
STEP 3. WORK WITH THE CITRUS COLLEGE DUAL ENROLLMENT OFFICE AND HIGH SCHOOL
- The dual enrollment office registers students for their dual enrollment–CCAP classes as long as the student has fulfilled all of their requirements. Once registered, the student should be able to view their course(s) within their class schedule.
- The high school provides the students with information about where their courses will be held on campus.

- registering for classes and
- understanding holds and registration issues

Before registering each semester, log into your my.citruscollege.edu portal to verify that you do not have:
