DISABILITY SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR STUDENTS
If you receive academic accommodations through Citrus College Disabled Student Programs and Services (DSPS), please note that these accommodations do not automatically carry over to CVC Exchange
courses. If you need accommodations for a CVC Exchange course, you must contact the
DSPS office at the teaching college that is hosting the class and apply for services
there. When reaching out, be sure to identify yourself as a CVC Exchange student.
FINANCIAL AID
All teaching colleges in the CVC Exchange program have signed a federal financial
aid agreement. This allows CVC Exchange students who are enrolled at both their home
college and a teaching college to be considered for federal and state financial aid
based on the total number of units taken across both campuses. As a Citrus College
student, your financial aid eligibility will be determined by Citrus College.
STUDENT FEES
- Pay your fees online via the California Virtual College website.
- Purchasing books and materials: Students must purchase required books and materials directly from the teaching college
hosting their CVC Exchange course.
- Refunds: Students must request refunds directly from the teaching college that is hosting
their CVC Exchange course. Review the CVC Exchange Refund Information web page.
