Campus Safety

Per Citrus College Administrative Procedure (AP) 6750, all vehicles parked on campus must obtain a valid parking permit. 

All vehicles must have a valid permit registered with campus safety. To simplify the purchase and registration process, purchasing a permit and registering your vehicle is done online. To purchase your semester permit and register your vehicle, please go to citruscollege.thepermitstore.com  

Once the online process is completed, your parking permit will be activated.

All information on the parking permit must be kept current. If you need to add or change any information, please update your information online at citruscollege.thepermitstore.com. Only registered vehicles may use a permit. Only enrolled students may purchase a student parking permit.

​The student parking permit fee is currently $70 for fall and spring semesters and $34 for winter and summer semesters. During fall and spring semesters, there is a reduced parking permit fee for students who receive the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) fee waiver​

A daily permit may be purchased for $5 at the automated pay station (APS) machines in the S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 or S9 parking lots. The APS machines accept cash or Visa and Mastercard for the purchase of a daily parking permit.

Student semester permits are purchased online using a Visa or Mastercard at citruscollege.thepermitstore.com​

​Students and visitors with a valid parking permit may park in student lots only. These lots are identified by a sign stating "S" and the parking lot number. They can be found on various light posts in the lot and are indicated on a campus map. 

Students, part-time employees,​ and visitors may NOT park in employee or client parking. 

All vehicles must be parked facing into the stall (head-in parking only). 

Disabled Person Parking
Spaces for disabled person parking are available in all campus lots. Vehicles using these spaces must display a valid DMV placard or license plate along with a valid parking permit. The minimum fine for illegally parking in a disabled person parking space is $330.

Students, who in error, purchase the wrong parking permit through the iParq system may request a refund with campus safety. A $10 processing fee may be charged per refund.

Students who drop their classes, or have classes that were canceled, and have purchased a semester parking permit through the iParq system, may request a refund with campus safety. A $10 processing fee may be charged per refund.

All parking permit refunds will be processed in accordance with district standards and refund deadlines. Requests for refunds submitted after the district's refund deadlines will not be processed.
