Unpaid fees and checks written with non-sufficient funds are two reasons a hold may be placed on your record by the Bursar Office.
All fees, debts and financial obligations must be paid in full before the hold is released.
A hold will prevent a student from registering, receiving grades, receiving transcripts and completing other business on campus.
TO PAY ONLINE:
After logging in to the secure site at the main menu, choose 'Admission and Records'. Choose 'Student Account', and 'Account Summary by Term' to see your account balance. The bottom of the page will have the credit card link leading you to the payment page. Most holds are released one hour after payment. Some fees may need to be paid in-person. Students who have been submitted to the State of California for collection and make an online payment must call the cashier office at (626) 914-8896 for your hold to be removed.
