Online Permit Purchase and Vehicle Registration
Per Citrus College Administrative Procedure (AP) 6750, all vehicles parked campus must display a valid parking permit. All vehicles displaying a valid permit must be registered with the Department of Campus Safety. To simplify the purchase and registration process, the Department of Campus Safety has developed an online purchase and vehicle registration system. Once you purchase your permit and register your vehicle online, your parking permit will be mailed to you via U.S. mail. You will be able to print a temporary permit to use until you receive your permanent permit. This temporary permit will be valid for a period of ten (10) days.

http://citruscollege.thepermitstore.com. Only registered vehicles may use a permit. Only enrolled students may purchase a student parking permit.
Parking Permits and Rates
The student parking permit fee is currently $53 for fall and spring semesters and $26 for winter and summer semesters. During fall and spring semesters, there is a reduced parking permit fee for students who receive the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) fee waiver, formerly known as the Board of Governors Fee Waiver (BOGFW) or "BOG Fee Waiver."
A daily permit may be purchased for $5 at the Campus Safety Building, located at the main campus entrance off Citrus Avenue; or from the
Automated Pay Station (APS) machines in the S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 or S9 parking lots. The APS machines accept cash, card, or coin for the purchase of a daily parking permit.
Permits should be clearly displayed and affixed on the bottom of the driver's side front windshield, in accordance with California Vehicle Code 26708(b)(3).

How and Where to Park
Students and visitors displaying a valid parking permit may park in student lots only. These lots are identified by a yellow sign stating "S" and then the parking lot number. They can be found in various light posts in the lot and are indicated on a campus map. Students and visitors may NOT park in employee or client parking. All vehicles must be parked facing into the stall (Head-In Parking Only). See

Semester Permit Refunds
Students, who in error, purchase the wrong parking permit through the iparq system may request a refund with Campus Safety. A $10 processing fee may be charged per refund.
Students who drop their on campus classes, or have on campus classes that were cancelled, and have purchased a semester/intersession parking permit through the iparq system, may request a refund with Campus Safety. A $10 processing fee may be charged per refund.
All parking permit refunds will be processed in accordance with District standards and refund deadlines. Requests for refunds submitted after the District's refund deadlines will not be processed.
