Arthur Villa, Jr.

Arthur Villa Jr. started his career in law enforcement as a parking enforcement officer for the La Verne Police Department. He worked there full-time for five years while attending college. He was hired as a full time police officer with the Huntington Beach Police Department in July 2015, where he is still currently employed. His assignments have included patrol, beach detail and he is a POST Certified Drug Recognition Expert.

Mr. Villa completed the honors program and holds an Associates of Arts degree from Citrus College. He transferred to California State University Fullerton where he double majored in psychology and criminal justice. Mr. Villa graduated cum laude in both disciplines and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Mr. Villa sought a graduate program abroad and holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
